What I mean by this tag

This topic covers the actual mechanics of running elections: voter registration systems, ballot chain of custody, vote counting procedures, audits, and certification. The boring, procedural stuff that determines whether elections are secure and accurate.

I'm not interested in partisan narratives about who won or lost. I'm interested in what the systems actually do, where the real vulnerabilities are, and how to distinguish genuine concerns from manufactured ones.
